Helen Hsu is a dual licensed, 24 year civil litigator. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Medical Technology from L.S.U. and her law degree from L.S.U. Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1990. She became licensed to practice law in the state of Louisiana in 1990 and in the state of Texas in 1994.
Helen Hsu's extensive experience includes working for the Louisiana House of Appropriations Committee, drafting legislation. Ms. Hsu relocated from Baton Rouge, LA to Houston, Texas in 1995.
